Ingredient:
2 large eggs, cooking spray,flat bottomed skillet with cover
Instructions:
1. Coat flat-bottomed skillet and egg mold with cooking spray and heat at medium-low.
2.When hot,place egg mold in skullet for 30 seconds.
3.Crack each large egg into a separate small bowl,pour one egg into each eye ring.
4.Roduce heat to low,cover pan,and cook 3 to 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
5.Carefully remove the mold and transfer egg to a plate.
