Founded in 1994, Shanghai Passion Mould Group was originally founded in Shanghai with an area of 12, 000 m2. Based mainly on plastic mould, bottle blowing machines and injection machines, with the fast development of passion, it now has three main manufacture basements in Zhejiang province. The plastic moulds mostly includes plastic auto parts moulds, plastic bottle moulds, PET perform moulds---the bottle moulds include all kinds of beverage bottle moulds, water bottle moulds, 5 gallon bottle moulds etc., and the PET perform mould includes 24 cav., 48 cav. And 72 cav. etc, and the other injection mould includes pipe fittings moulds, cap moulds, handles moulds, washing machines plastic moulds, chairs moulds, TV covers moulds, bumpers moulds, creation boxes moulds, plastic toys moulds and BOPP inner cap moulds etc.
Our company boasts an asset of 70, 000, 000 RMB, with an annual production value of about a hundred million RMB. Currently, passion has a team of approximately 250 employees, including approximately 70 technicians and management staffs. By introducing advanced computers and design software CAD/CAE/CAM, passion is capable of dealing with various medium and large projects for mould design and manufacture; Meanwhile, passion has introduced more than 30 units of advanced production equipments from home and abroad. Current annual production capacity of passion is more than 200 sets of large and medium sized moulds, 20, 000 sets of plastic parts and many other blowing machines and injection machines.
