Currently the material for ultrasonic mould is as follows
I Titanium Alloy (7075, 2024, 6061-T651):
7075: Usually used in the vibration system and HORN manufacturing, high hardness, high thermal conductivity, good toughness.
2024: General use HORN manufacturing, good toughness, thermal conductivity, moderate hardness for the general welding plastic products.
6061: General use in the bottom mold manufacturing or lower output of HORN, good toughness, hardness secondary to 2024.
II, SCM8: Generally used for implanting screws into metal inserts, excellent toughness, high hardness, thermal conductivity seconderay compared to 2024.
III. Titanium: Generally used for continuous oscillation timing, high toughness, good thermal conductivity, high hardness, and the cost is expensive.
Material for Bottom mold fixture:
1. Aluminum alloy, aluminum titanium: General in metal or plastic products.
2. 45C carbon steel: Suitable for PVC box, Blister toothed forming jigs and other hard metal or non-metal, such as plastic steel, PBT.
3. SS41 iron material: Applicable the general metals or hard of non-metallic.
4. Epoxy resin: Applicable to the irregular shape of the plastic products.
5. PUT resin: Focus on appearance, contribute to a small, short welding time plastic products.
6. Bakelite: Suitable for the general plane welding of plastic products, or ultrasonic vibration plate fixture
