2, injection type for making bladder .
we use high quality casting steel SC40 to make mold, and all part have to be heat-treatment after rough turning and welding .
there are no bubble, crack. on surface .
the groove were manufactured by CNC EDM .
the thickness of cavity is exactly . tolerence is 0.05mm from tom till bottom .
