1. Application
The machine, which is introduced the new technology of the latest M85 high-speed aluminum alloy rod drawing machine from Germany Nihoff company, used to draw aluminum & alloy rod from ø12mm and ø9.5mm to aluminum wire in diameter 2.1- 4.7mm and aluminum alloy wire in diameter 2.2-4.5mm. Drawing blocks, arranged slantways in a line, with continuous drawing. Mechanical electric devices have constantly matched speed and are operated conveniently, and can realize a quick exchange of die ,and shift thread reel and tape-up wire automatically without stop the machine which features easy operation, high production efficiency and good product quality.

3. Components of the equipment
It is composed of pay-off device, main machine for drawing wire, wire accumulator, automatic double bobbins take-up device, oil lubrication system for drawing wire, oil lubrication system for gear, wire pointer and electric control system.
The machine is a good ideal equipment which can realize a rapid exchange of die and automatically make double bobbins take-up. Its whole performance is advanced and reliable with high automatic control.
