4. Warranty period
the warranty period is one year and we provide free reparation service within warranty period and provide lifelong technical products and services beyond warranty period. If you need to repair, life-long free maintenance, only charge the cost of materials, freight etc. the following conditions do not apply to the corresponding provisions of the warranty period.

5. Service response cycle
1.customer service staff will be given a response within a hour and put forward to the solution after receiving a call from the customer. Giving technical guidance timely assist user to solve the problem. We will send attachments in a day if need be.
2.when product return to factory maintenance, customer service staff will inform to user the arrival and inspection of the product within a working day, to repair or notify the customer the situation within 3 days, then it will be send out within 1 working day after the repair.
