We specializes in progressive die, transfer die, high-speed punching die and line die for presses in range from 110 ton to 400 ton in various field, such as precise metal mould, automotive, communications-equipment, office facilities, monitor, mainframe-box, terminals, shrapnel, stretching and so on.
The company not only has its own strong technical force and good management, also brings in the advanced equipment from Japan, Taiwan and Europe. We have processing machine, precise CNC, slow precise wire cutting machine (SODICK), grinding machine, drilling machine, hand-grinding machine, 100T-400T punching machine. We have separate heat treatment workshop, imported vacuum furnace for heat treatment. We have many detection devices, such as Three-D measuring instrument, measuring projector and microscope.
