Our factory located in Yuyao city, a growth triangle area in Zhejiang Province. The company has fixed assets totalling 16 million USD. A manufacturing area of 68, 000 square meters and a staff complement of 800. Situated 45 kilometers west of Ningbo International airport, 40 kilometers west of the port of Ningbo, 80 kilometers east of HangZhou International airport and 15 kilometers south of the HangZhou bay bridge, the excellent road system gives access to all major industrial and tourist areas.

The clean, well organised tool-room has a working area of 5000 square meters and is equipped with advanced high precision CNC machining centers, high precision wirecut and conventional EDM machines, a 3 axis Coordinate Measuring machine as well as numerous high-precision numerical control milling machines. The equipment is sourced from the USA, Switzerland, Japan, China and Taiwan.

As well as providing the internal tooling for the appliance manufacture the excess capacity is utilized for a thriving business involving the supply of export quality tooling to various countries around the world. Complex moulds for the avionics, electronics, electrical and medical industries are manufactured to exacting standards. The toolroom has the capacity to manufacture 80 moulds per month. As well as being able to call upon the resources of the Injection moulding section it also has its own mould trial facility.
