Bent Machine
HYG series Bent Machine is specially designed for production bending radius above R = 3 times benders.
The Bent Machine we supplied can process the following pipe:
Min bending radius R=2.5D
Max. Bending radius R=6D
Max. Process diameter: OD 325mm
Min. Process diameter: OD 89mm
Min. Process thickness: 6mm
Max. Process thickness: 18mm
The whole Bent Machine is composed of host machine and medium frequency heating power.
Host machine used hydraulic transmission, it's easy to achieve fast conversion between fast pushing-fast return and feeding speed, and randomly to adjust the pushing force. Stable working with low noise, no pollution. We can also adjust the process specification of the products. It's convenient and reliable, low failure rate.
