Slab ingot mold, flat ingot mold is a modified new utility product, the feature of which is to install a curved mold cover with two or more conical exhaust ports at the corresponding driving fit on the die body top of the ingot slab mould. When the red-hot liquid steel is poured into die body, the hot up-flow forces the normal temperature air out of the die body from exhaust ports. When liquid steel enters into curved mold cover, the hot airflow is preheated, warmed rapidly and does heat accumulation at mold cover . When liquid steel enters into conical exhaust ports, the free slag precipitated from liquid steel spread flatly at the upper exhaust ports to keep warm.
Therefore, it is an available way of replacing the function of hanging casting power and insulation board, adding heat generating agent, which lowers cost and avoids dust pollution caused by casting power and adding heat generating agent, what's more, which makes liquid steel in mold cover fill up the shrinkage space to reduce the ingot shrinkage. The product is utility and new with simple structure. It is safe and reliable to produce high quality billet.

We have 2 sets of 30 Ton alkaline electric arc furnace; 8sets of transferring ladle with capacity of 35ton, 50tons, and 75tons; 2 sets of baked charter; 4 sets of large heat treatment furnace and the supporting facilities including oxygen generation station, air compression plant, natural gas station, CO station and 22 sets of lifting equipment machines. The lifting capacity reaches 200tons. We own 5 sets of large-scale molding equipment. Meanwhile, we also have the GS1000 vacuum direct reading spectrometer made by OBLF and other inspection equipments like carbon sulfide high-speed analyzer, microcomputer three elements of high-speed analyzer, digital ultrasonic flaw detector, multipurpose magnetic powder flaw detector such as chemical equipment, except that we also own leveraged universal strength tester, SAC thumping machine. Simulating the casting process by the CAE software to ensures the new quality level castings. All the castings are process by arc gouging, carbon dioxide gas gouging, shot-blasted in order to get the surface quality.
