PA /NYLON             Performance
l          Excellent wear resistance: the coefficient of friction is usually 0.1-0.3. 1/4 times that of bakelite and 1/3 times that of Babbitt alloy, It’s a self-lubrication material
l          Excellent mechanical performance: high hardness on surface, high bend strength and impact strength, high tensile strength: the press resistance is similar to metal while the fatigue resistance is equal to cast iron, aluminum alloy and other metals.
l          Good chemical stability: can resistant alkali, alcoholate, ester, cuprum, hydrocarbon etc.
l          Wide heat resistance: it’s can remain the mechanical performance in -60ºC. The working temperature is from 80ºC to 100ºC.
l          Light proportion : the proportion is between 1.05 to 1.15.
