Machine features:
1)this machine is a widely used horizontal milling machine. And machine spindel can directly fixed or fixed by extra parts all types of columned milling cutter, disk milling cutter, formed milling cutter, face milling cutter, suitable for the processing of surface, slope, groove, hole, gear in small and medium workpieces, which can be adopted in manufacturing, moulding, instruments, car and motorcycle fields.
2)the worktable can not only travel along x, y axis and elevate vetically along z axis, but also can mechanically move and automatically feed along x, y axis as well as elevate vertically along z axis. The main transmission and feeding box have adopted gear change structure and with 3-stage gear change on the main transmission, the spindel speed can reach 60-1800rpm. With 12-speed function, the machine has enlarged its speed adjustment range. And the three-bearing support of spindle has improved the rigidity of machine. After the adoption of dynamic braking, the spindle of machine has the features of large braking torque, rapid stop and reliability.
