VICUT 2D/3D engraving routers are perfectly used in manufacturing furniture, Cabinet, Handrail, Crutch, Wood crafts, Door, Window, Acrylic signs, guitar and other musical instruments, etc. High efficiency with multiple rotary axes for mass processing on cylinder materials as well as flat ones.

Machine Application

This machine has two general functions:

1) 2D engraving & cutting: you can use this machine as normally wood working cnc machine for engraving and cutting PVC, ABS Sheet, wood sheet, aluminum sheet, brass etc.

2) 3D rotary engraving: when you remove the flat table of this machine, you can use it as a cylinder machine for rotary engraving, 4 axis movements.

1. Base Frame: The heavier base frame is made of heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, precisely machined by gantry milling machine and stress relieved by vibration device so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine.

2. Multiple Cooling Spindle: Multiple spindles for mass processing on solid wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum and plastics, etc; we offers different spindle options which available with 220V-2 Phase-50-60Hz or 220V-3 Phase-50-60Hz or 380V, 3Phase-50-60Hz. Tools diameter are 3.175mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm and 12.7mm.

3. Enhanced Carrying Pole: The spindles are mounted on carrying pole which is made of thick aluminum, on which we put also reinforcing plate, the structure offers better impact resistance and eliminate the shaking to the most.

4. Ball Screw : Use TBI ball screw for XYZ axis, anti-Backlash center driven ball screws with 40mm diameter and 0.01mm repositioning accuracy

5. Linear square guide: Quality 25MM linear square guide with high rigidity, resist vibration and shock, with damping characteristics.

6. NC Studio 4 AXIS Controller: PC based NC Studio Controller with friendlier human& machine interface/HMI, fully executed with computer. It well realizes high-speed and high-precision motion control. Better anti-interference performance due to control signal adopting differential signal input& output, featured as power failure protection function, linear interpolation, circular interpolation, intelligent look-ahead, reverse cutting, backlash compensation, breakpoint memory and block skip, etc.
 

7. Rotary Axis: Available with different cylinders, irregular objects, crutch and cylinder crafts with various diameters; we can put different number of rotary axis according to specified requirement.

8. Servo Motor and Driver: Totally use 5sets Panasonic servo motor and drivers, including 2 sets support 8 rotary, 1 motors for Y axis, 1 motor for X axis, 1 motor for Z axis. 

9. Central oil Lubricator: Easier to lubricate the Guide units regularly, just pull it gently and oil will go when it is needed.

10. Control Cabinet: All the electrical components are housed and wired in a mobile, double door electrical enclosure. 

11. Photoelectric Limit Switch: Un-touching, more sensitive and durable than traditional mechanical switch, maintenance-free for long term use.

12. Foot Pads make it easier to level the machine accurately.

13. 4 AXIS Software: You can use power-mill software to make processing of 3D files which was scanned with 3D scanner. We can make 4 axis movements, AXYZ axis can move at the same time.

1.  3D Scanner: A fast and easy to operate device for massive production based on complicated three-dimensional samples. Good for woodworking, small molds, plastic products, shoe last and soles mold, sculpture, artifacts, toy, tooth, jewelry design, core carving, fine pieces design, small toy parts, etc.

2.  Nebulizer Cooling System: it sends oil mist to machining surface, it is important for tool cooling and lubricating.
