3. Steel
Different steels are used in different kinds of plastic pipe fitting mould. For example, PVC decomposes something corroding common steel during production; Considering that, we use Stainless Steel to make PVC pipe fitting mould.
Many steels are available for choice, such as S136, 2316, 2311, P20, 718H, 2378 and etc
Good steels are the basis of long life of moulds and high quality of products. All the steels we provide are made by famous steel manufacturers at China and abroad.

4. Heat Treatment and HRC
We commission professional company for heating processing. Different technologies are employed in different components and steels to assure better Polish and long usage.
The core of pipe fitting mould is core-pulling again and again in the production, which is easy to break down. We do heat treatment on die core to reach HRC 42-45, and nitride it after completing the mould.
5. Processing
The assembly work of pipe fitting moulds is finished by professional makers and the all components are processing by CNC lathes.
6. Mould Shots
Pipe fitting moulds shots can reach at least 0.5million with good steel, reasonable heat treatment and precise processing.
