Mold Process
1. Get parts drawing or sample from customer to prepare quotation in 3 days.
2. Customer accepts our terms and prices and places the order.
3. Design mold drawing with PRO-E, UG, Solidworsk and CAD softwares and send to customer to confirm and approve in one week.
4. Purchase mold material and mold base
5. Start mold building with our advnaced equipments including high speed CNC center, 2 heads EDM and Sodick precision wire cut machine.
6. Assemble and try run mold with our plastic injection machines from 60-780 ton.
7. Send Trial run samples and mold test report to customer to check and test.
8. Will adjust and try run mold again until the mold and sample approved by customer.
9. After-sales services: Experienced engineers will provide all-round technical solutions to any problems occurred in customer' s operation.
