Mould Process:
1. Get parts drawing or sample from customer to prepare quotation in 3 days.
2. Customer accepts our terms and prices and places the order.
3. Design mould drawing with PRO-E, UG, Solidworks and CAD softwares and send to customer to confirm and approve in one week.
4. Purchase mould material and mould base.
5. Start mould building with our advanced equipments including high speed CNC center, Sodick precision EDM & WEDM machine.
6. Assemble and try run mould with our plastic injection machines from 60-780 ton.
7. Send Trial run samples and mould test report to customer to check and test.
8. Will adjust and try run mould again until the mould and sample approved by customer.
9. After mould approved by customer, BY AIR: We will spray anti-rust oil on mould outside; BY SEA: We will coat solid oil inside and outside of the mould, and then wrap it in plastic film, seal it into plywood or iron case. Inside the case with mould: Mould manual, electrode, hot runner manual.
10. After-sales services: Experienced engineers will provide all-round technical solutions to any problems occurred in customer's operation.
