3. Project processes of Precisioner:
-P.O/deposit received
-Precisioner submits DFM in 2 days after receiving complete order information.
-Precisioner provides Preliminary Mold Design in 3 days after receiving customer's feedback of DFM.
-Precisioner updates the mold design in 48 hours according to customer's feedback.
-Mold flow stimulation.
-WPP after mold design confirmed.
-Video and photos of mold trial(including casting parameter, machine parameter) are provided by Precisioner.
-Precisioner submits CMM inspection report of sample to customer.
-Laser scan
-Precisioner submits to the customer the following files together
with the mold: Certification of Metal, Heat Treatment, Steel Tempering, Mold Base Material, etc.
