The raw material is General Polystyrene Granule (GPPS).
In the extruding process, foam agent such as butane gas or LPG is injected at high pressure. 
b.vacuum forming machine

The vacuum forming is semi-automatic, and the vacuum forming and cutting processing are separately.
The machine can be applied into all kinds of PS tray and lunch. Customers
give us the samples, and we accorde the samples to design the mold.
The molds are made from cast-aluminum accurately.
It can be used for processing many kinds of PS foam sheet.
