Double Floating Mould for Ceramic Tile
Double floating mould is able to press tile upwards with spacer, it is different from the normal die because of its rigidity and compactness,which can make it especially suitable for medium-large size product. The double floating mould is specially good at the hydraulic circult which is excessively high uniform movement of the internal system,preventing uncontrolled abrasions and deformations.
The adoption of this system has many advantages:
1.The tile is formed completely in the top die box,where it is compacted between the two punches;
2.There is no contact between the top and bottom liners ,it can ensure gradual and uniform deaeration and prevents the formation of fractures or cracks even in the case of very thick products(above 20 mm)
3.Possibility of changing the tile thinckness by up to 5mm directly on the press.The return speed of the top die box ,as well as its forward movement on the plunger guide,can be adjusted by means of special device supplied with the machine.
4.During ejection from the top cavity ,the tile does not undergo any type of stress ,nor translation,nor fall and always remains rested on the bottom die.
