1. Introduction:
A. Dual planetary mixer consists of low speed agitator and high speed disperser with good mixing, reacting, dispersing, dissolving effect.
B. It is mainly applicable for dispersing and mixing liquid-solid, liquid-liquid. Due to its strong output torque, it is especially suitable for high viscous materials, such as adhesive, silica gel, lithium battery slurry etc.
C. With a scraper to scrape the materials from the bottom, without deadspot, wothout residue.
2. Working principle:
Dual Planetary Mixer consists of decelerator, planetary frame, agitator, scraper, container, hydraulic lifting system as well as stand etc. The rotating planetary frame drives three agitators(Agiators: Frame type, multi-blades type, arm type, auger type) inside the box, dispersing shaft(Optional) to revolve around the container axle and they rotates at a high-speed at the same time to put the materials under strong shearing and kneading. So the materials are dispersed and mixed fully...There is scraper on the planetary frame rotating together with the planetary frame. It clings to the container and scrape the materials on the wall continously. The inner wall of the container is precisely lathed by big vertical lathe first and then mirror polished to ensure the movable scaper on the planetary frame can scape all the materials on the container wall off when it is rotating to ensure without residue and to increase the mixing effect.
Control the hydraulic frame lifting through controlling the oil pump. The hydraulic frame lifts the driving mechanism and working group up and down. Easy operation and stable lifting.
