Ningbo Weicheng Metal Products Co., Ltd (Ninghai Precision Casting Machine Factory), was founded in 1991, is a company specialized in all kinds of precision castings products such as general carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, ductile cast iron and various types of other steel, etc. The company has more than 500eomployees, including over 30 engineers and technicians. It occupy 60, 000SQM land area with over 40, 000SQM building area. Company have import and export rights, and consisting of two casting factories and one trading company. We are equipped with 14 sets of induction furnaces with over 15000tons annual output capability. Our manufacturing techniques cover the casting process of colloidal silica, water glass, ductile iron, grey iron and the precision processing of machinery as well as hot dip galvanizing, and are able to provide a whole set of services from the product design, mould manufacturing, casting, heat treatment, surface galvanizing, machining to assembling and dispatching. With advanced testing equipments, such as High Precision Spectrophotometer, High Speed C&S Analyses Instrument, Magnetic Particle Detector, Ultrasonic inspection instrument, Tension Tester, and impact test machine, etc, and a team of professional testing personnel, all products will pass strict inspection, which guarantee qualified products to be dispatched from the company.
Now our products including: Insulator fittings, Automobile parts, forklifter & hand truck parts, various valves & hydraulic pars, mine machinery parts and engineering bucket tooth, etc. We can design and manufacture casting by different specifications and requirements according to customers' demands, including very difficult precision castings.
