The new YWJ100-IP soft gelatin encapsulation machine (for laboratory) is elaborately designed on the base of bulk production type of 152 and 182 and according to the requirements of GMP standard. It is a simple and efficient laboratory machine. It is mainly for R&D or small batch production of gelatin capsule products in laboratories or pharmaceutical researching institutes. The whole set of the equipment is simple and efficient with small occupation. It includes a main machine, control system, cooling air system, minimal quantity lubrication system, a dryer, a set of mold and a movable table, as well as an auxiliary HJG100-I Gelatin Dissolving Unit. All the materials for the whole set of the equipment are well selected to meet the GMP requirements, making it applicable for medical, food and cosmetic industries.
