Extrusion SystemUse a set of system of injection design and analog data analysis, which carries out real-time supervision and monitoring in accordance with plastic material type at different process sections (Feeding, Plasticization and Blending), it adjusts the screw parameter design, temperature and speed. Use Japan special steel and advanced CNC equipments.
3. Hydraulic systemAdopted VICKERS or YUKEN oil pump and valves, it is quite steady when it working, special in the high speed movement, because we use twin proportion values, the whole machine move smooth and swift, no strike, low noise, key motive force is steady. Life-span is several times than traditional extension, and it is simple, easy to safeguard.
