1. Upright column
The upright column is made by a steel pine with daimeter of 114mm, wall thickness of 2.5mm, quality and tecknical standard of which have met the requirement of BS1387-1985 standards
2. IRON PART
The iron part is made of a steel pine with diameter of 60mm, 48mm. 32mm 28mm wall thickness of 2.5mm, quality and technical standard of which have met the requirement of BS 1387-1985 standard
3. FITTING
Fittings are made of hight strength aluminium alloy by one-time cast formong, after the slinging processing. All the concers are round and smooth, all the screws, with cup head and T-heads, are made of stainless steel 316 which requirement of GB/T-1221-1992 accuracy standards
4. PLASTIC PART S
Plastic parts are formed by rotational moulding of LLDPE, the exclusive material for rotational moulding imported form Korea, with a wall thickness of above 8mm, the plastic part of bright color own ant-ultravillet property of grade 8, which conforms to the standard of food in autralia., safe and eco-friedly, the plastic parts put on excllent performance in weather fastness, toughness, intensity, aging resistance, in bright color and beautiful appearance, they are colorfast duarable in use
5. ROPES AND NETS
The material for rops and net are imported sailing ropes, which is 14mm or 16mm in diameter, the knot are mated with round and aluminum allow fastteners.
