This machine is the core and head part of PVC pipe production line.
Raw material could be PVC particles or powder, feeded through hopper in the top. The output PVC pulp extruded by the srews will go through the special designed mould for the first step shaping. The pipe diameter is controlled by the mould which will be designed accordingly.
The equipment is suitable for extruding thermoplastics, such as hard and soft polypropylene\PVC\polyester, for example, pipe, stick, film, thread, cable insulation, hollow article etc.

1) Suitable for extruding all types of polyene materials
2) Can be combined with various auxiliary machinery
3) Screw L/D ranges: 30, 45, 65, 90, 100, 120, 150, 200
4) Controller: Normal, HMC microcomputer controller (optional)
5) Length / diameter ratio can be changed (suitable between 25: 1 - 33: 1)
6) Specially designed screw, high-torque decelerator and high power DC motor ensure good mixture of material and high output.
The machine is equiped with three-phase asynchronous motor, drive device, extruding parts, temperature controlling syestem, independent electrical cabinet etc.
Whole processing line description:
After the material is extruded out, the shaped pipes will be tracted through vaccum box and water tank for cooling, lastly they will be a cutting machine or winding machine to collect ready goods...
