We specialize in the design and manufacture of plastic moulds and precision moulding/ production of plastic parts. We have state-of-art mould-making machinery, plastic injection moulding machines and over 500 skilled and dedicated workforce. Every year, over 70% of our moulds are exported to the United States and Europe for production.
In addition to using steel P20 from China, we stock steel from Thyssen (Germany) and P20, H13, S7, 420SS from Assab (Sweden), and etc. We choose steel depending on customers' requirements and longevity of moulds. We use standard components from China, DME, and HASCO. Moreover, we use hot-runner molds from YUDO, DME, INCOE and etc.

We are a mould factory in China. We can manufacture various kinds of mould such as plastic injection mould, die casting, bakelite mould, dual-color mould and so on. We equipped with advanced CNC machining center, EMD machine, high precision injection machine and have a standard flow chart of processing from design, development to manufacture, stock steel P20, H13, S7, S136, 8407 and 420SS, which are bought from ASSAB. For all steel we provide COC. Standard components from DME, HASCO, LKM etc are applied. Passed both ISO9001: 2000 and ISO14000 certification for our product.
