Second, the springs of shape is rounded edges rounded rectangular cross-sectional, we have more than ten years of spring production in unique style design professional engineer, it's different from the Rectangular angle side, the spring could reduce the stress concentration at high speeds.
Third. High pressure processing: The high pressure processing of spring be handle more than three times, can remove the internal pressure before use, in this way the phenomena of spring deformation, shorten and fracture won't appear.
Fourth. Strengthening treatment: The spring after surface strengthening treatment, its surface organization structure will become more solid, and the stress focal point will be raised, therefore the fatigue life of spring will be extended.
Fifth, the springs of life is according to the mould stroke, P1-1 million times, P2-0.5 million times, P3-0.3 million times

In December of 1998, Dongguan Fenggang Dingji Mould Spring Factory was estabilished, specialized in the production of various rectangular mould springs, American Standard mould spring, tension spring and compression springs.
