Electric Thermal Oil Heater operates in a closed loop circulation system with minimal pressure. The primary circulating pump provides the flow in the system to take the heat from the electric heater and transfer it to the users. Electric Thermal Oil Heater can reach 320° C(600° F), HOS are custom designed for many process applications such as Roller, Presses, Mold, Jacketed Vessel, Exchanger, Mixers, etc. HOS series thermal fluid system is the most compact temperature control system. The whole system includes an electric heater, centrifugal pump, expansion tank, control center, strainer, stop valves, platinum resistance thermometer sensor, pressure gauge with electric contact, alumina silicate fibre insulation and connecting piping mounted on a welded steel base.

SAFETY PROTECTION:
* Pressure Detection: Pressure gauge with electric contact which show real pressure of entire system was equipped on the piping. Control system will alarm immediately when pressure fall into a certain value, and the Heater will stop at the same time.
* Oil Low Level Detection: Expansion tank is equipment with a ball float level controller, Control system will alarm immediately when level fall into a certain value, and the Heater will stop at the same time.

YY(Q)W horizontal oil(gas)-fuel boiler is a kind of forced circulation oil(gas)-fuel organic heat-carrier boiler. The heating surface of this series of boiler is compact. The heating surface consists of inner, (middle) outside disc tubes. The inner ones will be radiantly heated while the middle and the outside ones will form the convection heating surface. The fuel will be burnt in the combustor formed by the disc tubes. And the most heat will be absorbed by the radiant heating surface, then the air of high temperature will enter the convection heating surface to exchange heat.
