Machine specification:
Machine frame: Adopt digital boring machine for hole boring to ensure the concentric of the axis and the machine frame.
Dies seat: Adopt West Germany technology (Inlay type), assure the drawing center distance to avoid the wire breakage.
Drawing axes: Made of S45C medium carbonizes steel with high frequency modified treatment, which can be more wear well.
Roller: Adopt S45C forging steel with high density to be more wear well.
Electric Equipment: Mainly adopt Taiwan SHSI brand.
Motor: Adopt top China brand (Dong Guan Motor), Large wire drawing machine 11KW, Medium wire drawing machine 7.5KW, small wire drawing machine 5.5KW.
Small wire drawing machine adopt inverter speed control. Roller spray chromium to assure the brightness of the fine size wire and reduce wire breakage as well.
Machine Features:
1) Principal electric motor driving on the wire drawing principal axis and winding axis through a flat belt or a gear chain, through wimble drive to winding system and achieve the drawing & winding finally.
2) We adopt both spraying and steeping modes for cooling and cleaning.
3) The wire will traverse pulling wheel and pass the idler pulley, wire setting wheel and then enter into wire receiving tray and finalize the preparation process.
4) Adopts top quality timing electric motor, principal axis processed by digital boring lathe in order to keep the homo-centricity of the axis & the machine.
5) Model seat adopt Germany's enchase technique to protect the model from being damaged
6) Wire stretching axes adopt the middle carbon steel S45C and be treated by high frequency.
7) Step wheels was forging the ball carbon S45C steel and heat-treated by several refine ways, which has long life span without distortion.
