Tyre retreading machine segment mold
APPLICATION
It is mainly used to retread the recycled old tire. It can load, shape cure, unload and other series of operations automatically.
STRUCTURE FEATURES
1. Moving system: The motor drives worm reducer, transfers the torque to two sides of press, then through the redcuer box to the link, which drives the beam lift up and down.
2. Center mechanism: It is divided into two parts, that is, upper part and lower part and lower part. Firstiy, upper center mechanism should alignment to the lowercenter mechanism, then adjust the tire has the same center whith the center mechanism through the alignment paddles. Lower mechanism is a ver y important part in the whole retread press. Before retreading, put the bladder into the carcass with the help of oil cylinder and upper center mechanism to realize the carcass to finish assisting unloading tire.
3. Curing chamber: Tire curing adopts segmental mold type or two -piece mold type, The steam can enter the segmental mold or two -piece mold to cure the cap of old tire. Adopt the motor to adjust the height of mold height.
