Moreover, 3-position take-out plate aids extended post-mould cooling, which saves around 30% of the total in-mould cooling time. In this way, cycle time of the preform molding is much shortened.

Low AA Value
Plasticization is carried on by a properly designed screw with multiple threads; Barrel temperature is controlled by advanced PID technology, which realizes relatively low temperature plasticizing and therefore possibility of AA generation is minimized.
