Device Configuration:
1. Control system:
PLC intelligent control. Man-machine interface, control system equipped with complete logic control, production program, malfunction diagnosis system and remote control function. So it doesn't need a professional person but only need a simple trainning to the operator.
2. Vibrator:
It adopts sensor and hydraulic proportion drive technology, forced centrifugal distributed by action of oscillating type charge car and arch breaking mechanism, multi-source vibration, adjustable frequency and breadth, creates low frequency distribution and high frequency forming, applicable for various material. Vibrating acceleration could achieve 17 grades.
3. Frame of forming machine:
It adopts high-strength section steel and special welding procedure, utmost firm.
4. Lead:
It is made of the super-strong and special type steel material, the surface is chromeplated which has favourable torsion and abrasive resistance.
5. Material feeder:
It is a special material feeding device which equiped with rotary forced charing device so that it can resolve the problem of wet slurry and material distribution to perforated bricks production.
6. Raw material:
Various waste slag could be used, such as sand, stone powder, coal gangue, flyash and the steel slag etc.
