JBG-40Y Rebar Thread Rolling Machine
It can be applied to process parallel thread on rebar end in reinforced concrete construction. It can process HRB335, HRB400 Hot Rolled Ribbed Reinforced Bar with diameter 16-40mm.
MACHINE APPLICATION:
1. JBG-40Y Rebar Thread Rolling Machine is compact in structure, stable in operation, and has automatic opening-closing mechanism for rib peeling device, need only 30 seconds to finish a threaded end.
2. Adopts thread cold rolling technology. Not cutting of rebar parent metal, the strength of threaded end is higher than its parent metal.
3. Widely used. Being able to process rebar of grades II and III with diameter 16mm-40mm.
4. Easy to operate, need no technicians, the threaded end could be produced in advance without influencing the construction period.
