1. Application
This machine is used to draw copper rod in diameter of 8mm to copper wire in diameter of 1.35mm-4.0mm. Drawing capstan adopts linear horizontal arrangement, with continuous drawing and continuous annealing. Machine speed matches with the electrical speed, which achieves quick die changing and automatic bobbin shift without pause. This machine takes advantage of easy operation, high production efficiency and high product quality.
2. Composition
It is composed of pay-off stand, drawing host, wire continuous annealer, dual take-up (or coiler), wire pointer and stripper, vapour generator and electric control system.
