Because of the existence of the model, gasification model need to absorb heat in the process of casting, so the lost foam casting pouring temperature should be slightly higher than that of sand mold casting. For different alloy material, compared with sand mold casting, lost foam casting pouring temperature general control in 30 ~ 50 ºC higher than that of sand mold casting. 30 ~ 50 ºC higher than that of the liquid metal heat can meet the needs of heat model of gasification. Pouring temperature is too low casting prone to defects such as misrun and cold shut, wrinkled skin. Pouring temperature is too high easy to produce the defects such as adhering sand castings.
