1. Control system: PLC intelligent control. Man-machine interface, control system equipped with complete logic control, production program, malfunction diagnosis system and remote control function. So it doesn't need a professional person but only need a simple trainning to the operator.

Vibrator: It adopts sensor and hydraulic proportion drive technology, forced centrifugal distributed by action of oscillating type charge car and arch breaking mechanism, multi-source vibration, adjustable frequency and breadth, creates low frequency distribution and high frequency forming, applicable for various material. Vibrating acceleration could achieve 17 grades.
3. Frame of forming machine: It adopts high-strength section steel and special welding procedure, utmost firm.
