Product Details Show:
1. RichAuto DSP controller with English interface, a compact and durable DSP with 128M internal memory, it supports online file transfer with U flash memory. It is available with standard G code or HPGL, and has practical functions like faster calculation, stronger processing ability, breakpoint memory and power failure protection function, etc.
2. Spindle Motor: High Accuracy 1500W water cooling spindle with different size collect, which can be available for different size cutting bits for different materials. Customer also can choose more or less powerful spindles.
3. Tool Sensor: For Automatic tool length calibration and registration, it allows for easy and accurate "Z" zero position for single and multiple tool changes through the program, saves time & error-free.
4. Ball Screw Bolt Pole: TBI quality bolt pole with diameter 16mm and re-positioning accuracy 0.01mm for X, Y, Z axis.
5. Fasten Nut for every screw to eliminate the interval efficiently. Ensure the high accuracy of screw.
6. Stepper Motor: Industry sub-divided stepper motor centered drive has outstanding wearability and offers long-term maintenance-free solution. It directly connects with ball screw.
7. Linear Square Guide: PMI or Hiwin linear square guide for XYZ axis, which has high rigidity, vibration and shock resistance.
8. Step Driver: Leadshine or Yako stepper driver, good quality, can ensure maintenance-free for long term use.
Optional:
1. Circular Chuck: This item will be needed when you want to engrave or marking on round shape pieces, such as copper stamps, it can fix the working parts tightly during processing.
2. Removable Rotary Axis: If you want to make a 3D job, engrave& marking on bottle, pens, or any other column items, this option will be necessary. We can make it removable on flat table, which make your job much more convenient.
3. Water Cooling System: With a water tank and water cooling sprayer on the spindle motor, it can work for metal marking and stone engraving, such as copper/brass, aluminum, silver, gold, etc. It puts coolant or water onto the tool and machining surface; The tray with filter will collect and send the liquid to pump for the next circle. (only for VCT-4030A)
