Q1. I have an idea for a new product, but don't know if it can be worked out. Can you help?
A. Yes! We are always happy to work with potential customers to evaluate the technical feasibility of your ideas or design and we can advise on materials, tooling and likely set-up costs.
Q2. My components have already been developed on Proe. Can you use the drawings?
A. Yes! DWG, DXF, IGES, Solidworks files can all be used for quotation.
Q3. Can I test my idea/component before committing to mould tool manufacture?
A. Yes, before start molding, we will be mockup for your evaluation first.
Q4. I have a sample in hand, can you make a mould for it?
A. Yes! Send us the sample, we can use it for quotation and finish the 3D file for you, and make the mould
Q5. What type of plastic is best for my design or a component?
A. Materials selection depends on the application of your design and the environment. We will be happy to discuss the alternatives and suggest the best material by our rich experiences in the field.
Q.6 What type of mould tool do I need?
A. Mould tools can be either single cavity (one part at a shot) or multi-cavities (2,4, 8 or 16 parts at a shot). Single cavity tools are generally used for big items or with small quantities items, up to 10,000 parts per year while multi-cavities tools are for smaller items or larger quantities items. We take your projected annual requirements into consideration and recommend which would be best for you.
Q7. I want change logo for different orders injected?
A. Yes, we will exchange mould inserts for you, and make inserts with different logos, you can use specific insert for different orders.
Q8. I've decided to go ahead with my project. How long will it take to get my parts?
A. It is about 3-8 weeks, depends on the complexity of the mould. Any emergency cases are able to deal with.
Q9. Shall we deliver the mould to our country?
A. Yes, we will pack with PP material inside and wooden cartons outside to fully protect the mould, and deliver by sea or air, depends on customer's time emergency.
Q10. Would you do injection for us in China?
A. We can inject for you here and export FCL or LCL to your destination, and we will keep you model in good shape while not manufacturing.
