The company has advanced production equipment and strong technical support. Jinlong has more than 30 engineers and designers for the mould production. In the process centre, the company imported 10 Charmilles High Precision Wirecut EDM and 30 electric impulse precise facilities. Some of the moulds developed by us were granted "China National Excellent Mould " prizes by the China Mould Industry Association in addition to other international awards.
Ningbo Jinlong Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of household electrical appliances including Vacuum cleaner, family mechanical scales, electronic kitchen scales, bathroom scales, food waste disposers and plastic injection mould design products. It is also managing director in the Yuyao Mold Industry Association. The company is located in Yuyao city, Zhejiang province, P. R. China. ISO9002 quality system certificate is registered.
Now there are three standard processing centers in our factory. Our workshops cover an area of 72, 000 square meters, with very strong technology and advanced equipment. The company has introduced a streamlined production line and independant mould and product design which use CAD / CAE / CAM technology. Jinlong has strong plastic injection capabilities with over 60 machines that range from 45g to 10000g.
Some of our moulds have been awarded "China National Excellent Mold" by the China Mold Industry Association. Our household electrical appliances are sold all over the world. Our "Manna" brand series of products are popular with customers in the domestic and foreign markets. Our "food waste disposer" is a green environmental product and has an authorized national patent.
