Except the pipe manufacturing, we aslo can produce some plastic parts, machining parts base on OEM basis .
At present, the plastic parts that we make is mainly exported to U.S.A, Japan, TaiWan, Germany, England, France etc, and the parts have been used in the sprayer, timing devices, medical equipment, solenoids, sensors, automotive parts and other application.

NingBo ShengFeng Pipe Industry Group is mainly engaged in manufacturing pipe and pipe fittings products, such as the steel-plastic complex steel pipe&fittings, coating plastic steel pipe&fittings, ERW steel pipe, hot-dipped galvanized steel pipe, welded steel pipe and some other plastic injection parts, lathe-cutting parts. The total area of the company is 188Mu, of which the structural area is over 78000m2 and the total investment is RMB 500Million. The companynow has more than 1000 staffs including more than 100 technicians, and with some subsidiaries: NingBo JiangDong ShengFeng Steel-Plastic composite Pipe Manufactory; TianJin YuSheng Steel Plastic Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
The company has now 8 steel-plastic complex steel pipe prouction lines, 20 extruded plastic production lines, 40 plastic injection machines, 5 production lines for welded tubes, 5 production lines for thermal galvanization, which has formed the one-line production from welded tubes manufacture, thermal galvanization to steel-plastic composite pipes and fittings. Our products have been used in may key projects in China, such as "Beijing Olympic bird's nest" "The national stadium" "Beijig Metro Line 10" "Beijing University" "FuDan University" "The apartment of the Beijing foreign ministry " " Wanda Plaza" etc, and also have been exported to more than 30 countries, such as the United States, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and EU.
"YuSheng" Brand Steel-Plastic complex steel pipe use the high quality hot-dipped galvanized steel pipe and high quality seamless steel pipe as the base pipe, lined the PE, PP and PEX against the inner wall of the steel tube. And the bonding strength between the steel tube and plastic can be get 4.5MPa/m2 which is 10-20 times higher than the industry standard. Our annual productivity is 100, 000 tons of welded steel pipe, 80, 000 tons of hot-dipped galvanized steel pipe, 80, 000 tons of steel-plastic complex steel pipe and 25, 000 tons of pipe fittings.
