2. What about the size scope of molds you can make?
Small mould , such as fastening , can produce in 100g plastic injection machine.
Big mould is below 4M and at 20-30 T.
3. Do you build hot runner molds?
Yes, we build hot runner molds and are familiar with different systems such as DME
, YUDO, HASCO, ANOLE .
4. What type of files can you accept?
We can accept different types of files such as DXF, DWG, PDF , IGES , STP, PRT,X_T, SOLIDWORKS.
5. What kind of material do you use ?
ABS,PP,PC,PE,HDPE,POM,PA6,PA66,PA6+GF,PS,PMMA,TPU,TPE,PVC ,etc.
We have rich experience for molding product with these materials and know how to adjust Parameter to get the perfect product.
6. What type of process do you use on mould surface ?
1)polish: mirror polish/ Diamond polish
2)texture:the texture manufacture
3)Core and cavity needs plating treatment for the surface.
8. How can we approval samples ?
1)Customers can come to test localed to inspection mould directly
2)We can send samples & mould running video to customer by express company
9.How to pack and ship mold?
When the mold have been completed, we will paint grease on the surface, pack the
mold with plastic pellicle, and put it into a disinfected wooden box.
10.Do you have after service on mould ?
Yes .ISM offer our customer after-sale service of prompt delivery of spare parts .
