The quality of the hot runner is the key factor affecting the preformance of the preform moulds.
The hot runners were designed by introducing the high technology from the foreign countries and in consideration of the domestic customer needs. The non cutting gate is designed for the moulds. The temperatures for hot runner nozzles were individually controlled.
This technology is first used in China at present.

Our company is a Three-Funds Enterprise, established in 1995 and we have been specializing in the manufacture of PET preform mould series (preform moulds and cap moulds as well as its accessories) and all kinds of preforms, bottles, caps etc.
We own more than 50 sets of mould machining equipments and numerical control lathes, including the turning center with over 80 technicians. Our production capability per year can reach 200 sets of PET preforms moulds. Most of our products are exported to Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa etc.
