Established in 1986 in Hong Kong and moved to Mainland China in 1991, Our Company is specialized in the design and manufacturing of plastic injection molds, injection molded and related cosmetic processed plastic parts and Product assembling services for OEM application.
Our products are mainly used in power tools, home appliances, office automation machines, telecom products, automobiles and computer products.
Our manufacturing plant is located in Dongguan City of Guangdong Province. With an overall strength of 2, 200 employees, our plant occupies an area of 40, 000 square meters and possesses total capital investment of USD 15 Million.
With advanced equipment and talented personnel, we are capable of producing about 1200 injection molds in our tooling shop annually.
Our capabilities include:
- In house Tool making with 460 employees manufacturing 1200 molds annually.
- 161 sets of Injection molding machines ranging from 30T~800T with 5 Double injection machines.
- Later processes like silk screening, printing, painting, Ultra sonic welding, Hot plate welding etc.
- Sub assembling services to meet OEM demands.
We not only manufacture molds, plastic part s and sub assemblies for local OEM clients but also export our products to various overseas clients.
