Especially, mould type: One set of mould with two different sizes of mould. So it can be used to make two kinds of corrugated pipes on one set of mould. It will save mould changing time.
When we want to start other mould sets, we should only adjust the height of forming machinery.
This production line can be used to produce corrugated pipes of PE, PP, PVC, EVA continuously, as well as pa corrugated pipes. Plastic single-wall corrugated pipes have features of high temperature resistance, resistant to corrosion and abrasion, high intensity, good flexibility, etc.
They are widely used in fields of auto wire, electric thread-passing pipes, circuit of machine tool, protective pipes of lamps and lanterns wire, tubes of air conditioner and washing machine, etc.
This GSDBGZ series high speed single-wall corrugated pipe machinery is mainly composed of the following parts:
1. Single-screw extruder sj-65/30
2. Die head and mould
3. Forming machine for corrugated pipes
4. Prestress eliminating device
5. Auto coiling device
6. Electrical appliances (schneider electrical appliances, Siemens frequency converter, omron intelligent temperature controller) or equipped with PLC control system.

Features of the plastic corrugated pipe machine:
1. High production speed: 20-30m/min.
2, On the forming machjine, one set of mould can produce two sizes of pipes, so we can change the pipe diameter by adjusting height of the forming machine, saving mould-changing time.
3, mould blocks can run around the mould channels, very flexible.
4. Cooling mode: Water circulation for cooling, not by fan.
