These high speed extrusion and stretching machines are developed by adopting German technology together with requirements for weaving technology of domestic market. They are controlled by micro-computer and frequency conversion governor. They are widely used for producing bulk bags, small package bags, transparent bags and other PP/PE woven bags.

1. Designed by adopting advanced foreign technology, Model SSJ-280 winder has many features such as advanced structure, smooth winding, high linear velocity, homogeneous uniform tension etc.

2. The seven-roller of this extrusion machine are designed by adopting advanced foreign technology with a blend functions of stretching, forming, retracting and water cooling. The contractibility rate can be adjusted freely from 5% to 10% which makes the machines work more economically.
3. Magnetic tension winder can roll the flat film stably and achieve high rate of certified products.
4. These extrusion machines are controlled by micro-computer and equips DC and frequency adjustment. All control units are foreign excellent product which enable the machine reach international advanced lever and make the machine working stably and controlling flexibly and credibly.
