We have 50 high qualified technicians and managers, and 30 of them are professional mould technicians. And we also have 300 workers. There are 5 workshops including mould workshop; Casting workshop; Machinery workshop; Burnish workshop; Polish workshop. We also have 7 management departments including Business department; Inspection department; Technical department; Quality department, Production department; Account department, Ministry of personnel.
Besides the basic casting-producing equipments, we also have first-class processing equipments with International advanced CAD/CAM/CAE designing and processing modes. We can make new die-casting moulds more then 60 sets per month. We have 10 sets aluminum Die Casting Machine 168-500ton and 5 sets Zinc alloy Die Casting Machine 160ton in the Die Casting workplace.
