This line is used to produce pvc steel wire soft pipe by single screw extruder.
The raw materail is pvc powder.
The type of extruder depends on the diameter of pipe.
PVC steel wire soft pipe also called pvc steel wire reinforced soft pipe, which has three layers. There has been inserted one spiral steel wire between two layer of soft pvc.

Pvc steel wire sofe pipe has two transparent layers, so the conveying liquid can be seen clearly; Has long service time by its acid-base resistant and high elasticity. So application of pvc steel wire soft pipe could be individed into industrial grade(convey industrial water, oil, sewage, powder material, chemical materail, etc) and food grade(juice, milk, water, wine, etc)
