1) Mould design: The software we are using for designing are Autocad UG, PROe, Catia and Solidworks. We design the product according to the sample or concept given by customer.
2) Steel material: P20, 718, NAK80, S136, SKD11, 8407, 1.2363 or to be determined by cutomer.
Cavity Single/multi Runner Hot/cold
Plastic material PP, PC, PS, PE, PU, PVC, ABS, PMMA ect.
3) Mould type: Except plastic mould, we also make plastic mould, hot runner mould, double injection mould, insert mould, rubber mould, over mould, stamping mould, blowing mould, die casting and progressive mould.
4) Mould processing: Using advanced equipment (Made in German, Switsland and Taiwan) for the moulds, including CNC, EDM, several line cutting machines, multi-function milling machines etc
