This production line adopts our unique wood and plastic composite technology and formula.
It can extrude wood-plastic plates with PE/PP+ wood powder, or PVC+wood powder.
The WPC products are widely used in up-market car interior decoration, decoration board, advertising board, base material and decoration materials for hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues.
This production line is mainly composed of conical twin-screw extruder, die head, three-roller calendering machine, haul-off machine, plate shearing machine, etc.
The three rollers adopt polishing roller or embossing roller according to the customer's requirement, and can be adjusted separately with speed frequency regulation.
Besides, they are equipped with roller temperature controller. The production line also adopts edge-cutting device.
According to the different width and thickness of products, we have three models of conical twin-screw extruder: SJMS-65/132, SJMS80/156, SJMS92/188.
Product Width: W=1000-2000mm, Product Thickness: T=2-22mm.
