Structure principle:
Its structure mainly composed by underframe, frame, roller. gap adjustable device, baffle, circulation water cooling device ,motor ,reduction gearbox, big and small variable gear, emergency stop device.
The roller is casted by alloy chilled cast iron. The surface processed by polishing and electroplate.
Use the hand wheel to adjust space between two roller, two roller turning relative in different relative speed, make the raw material into two roller gap then processing by extrusion.
The machine is equipped with overload device, protect main parts from damaged due to overload, and also equipped with emergency brake, when emergency occurs, pull the rob, the machine brake immediately , it is safe and reliable and easy to operate.
